What we collect
- Form submissions: the name, phone, city or ZIP, and details you enter, plus any photos you attach, together with the page you were on and how you found the site (for example, a search engine or campaign tag).
- Phone calls: calls to our number are handled by a call-tracking service that records the caller’s number, call time and duration, and may record calls and voicemails and create transcripts.
- Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions like clicking the phone number or submitting the form. We don’t send your name, phone number, email or form contents to analytics tools.
How we use it
To pass your request to an independent local contractor so they can contact you, to understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site working and secure.
Who we share it with
The independent contractor who receives your request, and the service providers that run this site: Formspree (form handling), CallRail (call tracking and voicemail), Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (analytics), and Cloudflare (hosting, security and privacy-focused web analytics). We don’t sell your personal information.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to measure visits. The site also stores a small record in your browser of how you first arrived, so a request you send later can be attributed correctly. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete information from a request you sent. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, send it through the contact form and say it is a privacy request.
